Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a set of legal provisions established by the owner of a website. They describe the general rules applicable to the activities of visitors to the aforementioned website and the relationship between those visitors and the website owner.

The Terms should be tailored to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a site that sells e-commerce products to customers requires different Terms than one that merely provides information.

The Terms enable the website owner to protect themselves against potential legal claims.
